Exxcore™ DVA resin based tire innerliners combine the flexibility and elasticity of a rubber with low air permeability of a plastic.
This innerliner technology is based on applying an innerliner film over a tire building drum. The outstanding impermeability enables the innerliner to be an exceptionally thin film yielding a significant reduction in the total weight of the tire.
Advanced tire innerliners made from Exxcore DVA resin based film make less count for more:
• Enables tire light-weighting, improves durability, and reduces raw material usage in tires
