LVP Fluids are Low Vapor Pressure (LVP) products that meet the volatile organic compound (VOC) exemption criteria established in California's Consumer Products Regulation, in the USEPA's National Volatile Organic Compound Emissions Standards for Consumer Products and as adopted in the Ozone Transport Commission's (OTC) model rule for consumer products. Due to their low volatility, LVP Fluids (also known as LVP-VOCs), are non-reportable VOC in calculations of the VOC contents of regulated consumer product categories.
